SOFTSWISS announces a vacancy for the position Retention Team Lead (B2C)

  • Providing overall leadership and direction to the team
  • Mounting and executing growth experiments and campaigns that increase customer retention
  • Creating real value for our users by acquiring data and insights and really understanding their behaviour and needs
  • Managing creative briefs and workflow for new campaigns and ensure materials are delivered on time and within agreed strategy and plan
  • Analysing results to understand the impact of campaigns and recommending a plan of action
  • Ownership of all Retention strategies including but not limited to CRM, Email, SMS, push, Customer Segmentation and Marketing automation
  • Developing aggressive retention strategies. Demonstrate self-motivation, independent initiative and creative problem-solving
  • Key Performance Indicators development and implementation
  • Load analysis and it’s appropriate allocation



  • 2+ years previous experience in the same role in iGaming industry
  • Good understanding of delivering CRM solutions and third party integrations
  • Fluent English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing software, tools
  • Advanced organizational skills
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively
  • Nice to have: Previous experience with customer segmentation, user journey mapping, personalization through editorial and automation strategies


Work Conditions:

  • Work in an international IT product company with offices in 4 countries
  • Remote full-time work or work from a comfortable office. It doesn’t matter where you work from, what matters is the result
