We are looking for part-time German Speaking Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Respond in reliable, knowledgeable, and engaging way to consumer contacts through phone calls, email, and chat.
  • Engage in both verbal and written communication.
  • Dedicate to provide excellent service to each consumer
  • Resolve customer issues across multiple channels (email, chat).
  • Control Abandoned checkouts and recover lost sales
  • Collect customer feedback

 

Requirements:

  • Written/verbal fluency in German (English is plus)
  • Experience in sales and customer service is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills.
