Paint Your Life is looking for an HR Specialist to join our growing team in Tbilisi, Georgia and help support our massive growth and join our leading R&D team.

  • Resolves employee personnel inquiries and submits necessary inputs, changes, additions and deletions into the HR Information files. Reports unusual or unresolved problems to HR Manager for further action. 
  • Maintains records of insurance coverage and personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, terminations, and other related personnel and payroll issues. 
  • Provide guidance to employees on company HR policies and procedures  
  • Verify references and conduct background checks on job candidates 
  • Provide applicants with information regarding compensation, job benefits, and working conditions 
  • Maintain physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records 
  • Provide different HR related reports to HR manager 



  • Bachelor degree; 
  • 1 year of experience in HR field; 
  • Fluent English; 
  • Knowledge of office programs.
