Requirements:

•  Proven experience as a Guest Relations Officer;
•  Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus;
•  Excellent communication and presentation skills;
•  Familiarity with hospitality industry standards;
•  A customer-oriented and professional attitude;
•  An outgoing personality;
•  Highly responsible and attentive to details;

Job Responsibilities:

•  Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional way;
•  Addressing and escalating customer complaints;
•  Providing information about games, promotions and other services;
•  Identifying premium players and attracting them to the casino;
•  Negotiating with the players based on their level of play;
• Maintaining a professional demeanor at all times and provide outstanding customer service;
• Working out transportation, accommodations, food and beverage, and other services for the players;
