Role and Responsibilities:

  • Help customers with various product-related questions;
  • Work closely with other departments to handle clients' queries;
  • Provide the best possible answers and solutions to our clients;
  • (Full training will be provided).



  • Native-level Turkish speaker (verbal and written);
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Customer-oriented;
  • Fast accurate typing and keyboard skills;
  • Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Self-Motivated;
  • Team player;
  • Flexibility on working hours and days (work by shifts).
