Jobs Description 

ARCHEOTOUR  is looking for the assistant to Administrative and Customer Service specialist in the field of transportation, logistics and mail forwarding, who will support on daily mail forwarding activates.  

Administrative and Customer Service Assistant will support a Specialist on the main activates mentioned below. 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Support in selecting carriers and negotiating contracts and rates. 
  • Support in planning and monitoring inbound and outgoing deliveries. 
  • Support in supervising logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services. 
  • Responding to any issues or complaints. 
  • Support in working with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations. 
  • Support in evaluating budgets and expenditures. 
  • Support in perform metrics reporting and data analysis tasks to identify issues and opportunities for process improvements 
  • Receiving and checking deliveries to ensure that the correct process is delivered. 
  • Trace and update comments in operational program.  
  • Communicate with internal and external groups, especially on high priority customers. 
  • Proactively provide tracking updates to customers and warehouses. 
  • Conduct customer interactions via email and phone contact. 
  • Build and maintain customer relationships and improve customer retention. 
  • Assist customer with any special needs. 
  • Provide logistics and asset side with all information needed to properly execute logistic plans as determined by the customer to ensure proper customer service is provided 
  • Maintain and further develop customer and warehouse relationships through daily communication. 
  • Document all special service requirements of customers and warehouses. 
  • Act as a representative of all contracted carriers.   
  • Identify and communicate ways the company can continuously improve in its operations. 

 

Requirements and skills 

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration of related field is preferred 
  • Good knowledge of English and Russian is mandatory 
  • Experience working in logistics, warehouse, or transportation operations is preferred 
  • Exceptional Understanding of customer service etiquette 
  • Good organizational and analytical skills 
  • Strong team player 
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet specific deadlines 
  • ‘We Will Do It’ - attitude 
  • Interpersonal skills with desire to be a team member 
  • High performer with initiative to learn other responsibilities
