What we are looking for: Team Leader  

We’re after the right candidate to encourage and drive forward a team of 20 employees. 

Our candidate should have a self-motivation and dedication to lead and inspiring the team to provide the best performance.  

Personal skills: 

• Experience in managing and growing teams between 10 - 20 employees, to challenge and work together to beat targets.  
• Combines technical and commercial to a well-develop interpersonal skills and ability to improve performance. 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 

Key roll and responsibility:  

• Train individuals and group to enable team to perform.  
• Monitoring a team on a daily basis. 
• Optimize internal procedures and workflow for best practice. 
• Ensure continued attendance and commitment of team members. 
• Liaise regularly with managers to keep them informed of any issues and progress.
