Paint Your Life is looking for a Senior Bookkeeper to join our growing Finance Department in Tbilisi, Georgia and help support our massive growth.

Responsibilities:

• AP cycle management including processing multi-currencies invoices, new vendors setting-up, maintaining approval flow;
• Responsibility on several bank accounts (local and foreign) and Credit Cards including recording daily JE’s and monthly reconciliation;
• Support month, quarter, and year closing procedures;
• Manage all of the payment cycles;
• Ongoing reconciliation including closing entries, bank and cut-off accounts;
• Assisting in financial reports preparation and annual audit;
• Monthly / yearly authorities reporting;
• Assisting with Payroll procedures.
• Overseeing Travel and Monthly Expense report
• Working with the world's leading finance system for high-tech companies called NetSuite (ERP system, Full guidance will be given by the company).

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required;
• (3+ years) Senior Bookkeeping experience;
• Strong verbal and written skills in English;
• Strong Excel skills – Advantage;
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles;
• Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records;
• Working experience in a multicurrency and international environment.

• Highly organized and reliable with strong attention to detail; mindful to deadlines;
• Work Closely with bookkeepers and other Global Finance team members;
• Must be comfortable working in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment;
• Analytical ability to develop and implement improvements or recommendations;
• Able to work under pressure in an agile environment;
• Good problem-solving skills;
• Exceptional work ethic, very focused, high sense of prioritization.
