Position - Assistant to the Studio Manager 
Working days: Monday – Friday  
Working hours: 10:00-18:00 
Salary: according to qualification and experience 


Job requirements: 

  • Working experience about 1 year in the administrative field 
  • Fluent in the English language  
  • Personal Communication skills 
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) 
  • Experience with CRM system would be an advantage 

Job description: 

  • Participate in the calculation and verification of artists' salaries; 
  • Process emails from artists (check the quality of completed paintings, make corrections, answer questions); 
  • Work with the CRM system (upload photos of orders, process customer comments, etc.); 
  • Сommunicate with the customer support team; 
  • Be responsible for solving studio manager and administrative manager tasks, by request. 
  • Depending on the specifics of the company, other responsibilities may be added to the core responsibilities.
