Position - Assistant to the Studio Manager
Working days: Monday – Friday
Working hours: 10:00-18:00
Salary: according to qualification and experience
Job requirements:
- Working experience about 1 year in the administrative field
- Fluent in the English language
- Personal Communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Experience with CRM system would be an advantage
Job description:
- Participate in the calculation and verification of artists' salaries;
- Process emails from artists (check the quality of completed paintings, make corrections, answer questions);
- Work with the CRM system (upload photos of orders, process customer comments, etc.);
- Сommunicate with the customer support team;
- Be responsible for solving studio manager and administrative manager tasks, by request.
- Depending on the specifics of the company, other responsibilities may be added to the core responsibilities.
