Job Description

• Train on the new system functionality and business processes
• Train on support tools and system environments
• Lead the end-user training work stream activities
• Develop curriculum and design training courses
• Build work instructions and write user guides using SAP Enable Now (or other application) and make sure they are always up to date
• Coordinate training activities with SAP HRIS project team
• Ensure post go live knowledge transfer

Main Requirements:

• Higher Education is important;
• 2 years of job experience as Trainer, Technical Training Experience with large scale
• Experience in HR Training or SAP training is important
• Knowledge of English language fluently;
• Knowledge of MS Office fluently;
• Knowledge of SAP is desirable;
