Girteka Logistics is the largest asset-based logistics provider in Europe, utilizing its fleet of more than 8,000 trucks and 8,700 trailers to provide road transportation solutions for its customers across the continent. With a wide-reaching network throughout Europe, the company manages to complete more than 820,000 full truck load (FTL) deliveries annually, while sustaining a high quality of the services offered. To support its ambitious growth plans Girteka is opening Girteka Global Business Services Centre in Tbilisi.

Job Description

  • Administration and management of employment related documents, ensuring compliance with the labor law and internal policies/regulations of the Girteka group of companies (hereinafter - Girteka Group)
  • Time management and control
  • Establishment and administration of the organizational structure in accordance with legislation and in the HR management system (s)
  • Recording and administration of employees’ data in the HR management system (s)
  • Administration and processing timely changes related to employment data and its timely implementation (e.g. job changes, probationary period, fixed - term contracts, leave and absences, etc.)
  • Preparation of confirmation of employments and other ad-hoc letters/of certificates upon a request from (ex-) employee (about working hours, length of service, position, functions performed)
  • Information provision to authorities, if/as required, and preparation of orders / decrees related to labor law issues
  • Management/administration of employment of employees from the foreign countries in the Girteka Group in accordance with the applicable legislation
  • Administration of employment related data of employees working in the Girteka Group
  • Preparation, update and control the documents regulating the internal work procedure, adaptation of Girteka Group internal policies / regulations
  • Consultation of managers and employees on internal corporate policies or labor law issues
  • Compliance with other lawful requirements of the administration
  • Compliance with health and safety requirements in the workplace

 

Main Requirements:

  • Higher Education;
  • Minimum 1-2 years of job experience as HR Administrative Specialist, People and Culture Specialist
  • Knowledge of English language fluently;
  • Knowledge of MS Office fluently;
