- Providing effective services to the client in accordance with corporate standards, procedures, manuals and arrangements with the client
- Client support on daily basis (working days - 8 hours/day) on phone, mobile phone and email.
- Processing in the system (volume, delivery schedule, etc.)
- Systematization of documents returned by restaurants after delivery.
- Complaints management (quantity, quality and other any problems occur)
- Formation of reports for reconciliation of deliveries with restaurants
- Reporting for executions, statistics and KPIs.
- Assistance in reconciliation of TMCs (inventory items) transferred to customers, their return and redistribution.
- Organization of business meetings.
- Tendering and conclusion of contracts with suppliers of goods and services.
- Acquaintance of new employees with the local regulatory acts of the Company in accordance with applicable laws, policies and procedures of the Company.
- Sending scans of applications, orders, sick-list to responsible persons in head office and HR department. Transferring originals of the document.
- Signing documents with employees.
- Translation of documents upon request from the Regional DC manager, Warehouse manager, HR Department.
- High education
- At least 1 year relevant job experience
- Russian and/or English speaking
