Job Duties: 

Customer Service 

• Providing effective services to the client in accordance with corporate standards, procedures, manuals and arrangements with the client 
• Client support on daily basis (working days - 8 hours/day) on phone, mobile phone and email. 
• Processing in the system (volume, delivery schedule, etc.) 
• Systematization of documents returned by restaurants after delivery. 
• Complaints management (quantity, quality and other any problems occur) 
• Formation of reports for reconciliation of deliveries with restaurants 
• Reporting for executions, statistics and KPIs. 
• Assistance in reconciliation of TMCs (inventory items) transferred to customers, their return and redistribution. 

Administration 

• Organization of business meetings. 
• Tendering and conclusion of contracts with suppliers of goods and services. 
• Acquaintance of new employees with the local regulatory acts of the Company in accordance with applicable laws, policies and procedures of the Company. 
• Sending scans of applications, orders, sick-list to responsible persons in head office and HR department. Transferring originals of the document. 
• Signing documents with employees. 
• Translation of documents upon request from the Regional DC manager, Warehouse manager, HR Department. 

Position Requirements: 

• High education 
• At least 1 year relevant job experience 
• Russian and/or English speaking
