SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 

• Designs, deploys, and manages IT Infrastructure in a distributed global environment 
• Setup and manage Cloud & Infrastructure platforms 
• Proactively maintain the infrastructure to prevent failures/issues and improve performance, availability, and resilience 
• Perform daily checks on critical business platforms 
• Acts as technical escalation for problem resolution and troubleshooting 
• Ensuring incidents and service requests are resolved or updated within the SLT (Service Level target) 
• Document’s policies and procedures and ensures operations staff is educated and following these processes 
• Communicates with Company subsidiaries and end customers 

PROFILE 

• Education in the technical field. 
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the field, preferably working in managed or cloud services. 
• Good Knowledge of local and wide area networking technologies, with Software Defined Networking experience desirable 
• Experience working with networking in a diverse environment (Juniper and Cisco). –  
• Comfortable working in a Linux environment  
• Deep understanding of networking protocols  
• PowerShell & scripting ability 
• Understanding of virtualization technologies, including Hyper-V and VMWare 
• Adequate English on professional working level spoken / written 
• Other foreign languages are a plus: French, German, etc
