Company “Free Spirit tours” are looking for Arabic language Customer Service Manager to join our fast-paced and dynamic work environment.


Main Responsibilities:

  •  Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
  •  Review and select standard responses for answers or solutions
  •  Identifying and assessing customers` needs to achieve satisfaction
  •  Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  •  Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  •  Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

Qualification requirements:

  •  Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar field;
  •  Perfect knowledge of Arabic and English (knowledge of another foreign language will be considered an advantage);

Personal qualities:

  •  High sense of responsibility.
  •  Punctuality.
  •  Ability to manage time efficiently, especially to perform deadlines correctly.
  •  Sociability.
  •  Ability to convince the client, presentability.
  •  Flexibility.
