Company “Free Spirit tours” are looking for Arabic language Customer Service Manager to join our fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
- Review and select standard responses for answers or solutions
- Identifying and assessing customers` needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar field;
- Perfect knowledge of Arabic and English (knowledge of another foreign language will be considered an advantage);
- High sense of responsibility.
- Ability to manage time efficiently, especially to perform deadlines correctly.
- Ability to convince the client, presentability.
- Ability to resolve issues diplomatically.
- Dealing with a stressful environment, making decisions within a reasonable time.
- Focus on teamwork.
- Independent decision making, leadership;
