The Company:

Job Description:


Reporting to the CEO, you will lead our Customer Service, VIP and Incident Teams, delivering world-class service to all our customers. Your teams will be the main contact the customer has with the company and as the customer is at the heart of our business and brand this role is an extremely important area of the business.

You will be responsible for one of the largest teams in the company so the role will include a lot of onboarding, training, and motivation of staff. The successful applicant will be responsible for setting up all customer support functions and processes and then the ongoing management of them. Using analytics, reports, and feedback you’ll be constantly looking at ways to improve customer flows and satisfaction. You’ll also be responsible for dealing with customer issues and feedback escalating those to the different areas of the business.


The requirements for this role are:



  • Previous experience in Customer Support leadership roles
  • Computer literate with a sound understanding of all MS Office Products
  • Worked with FreshDesk
  • Fluent in English & Georgian


  • Online Casino experience
  • Experience in working with VIP customers
