GDG Ltd International Logistic Hub, acting as an intermediary tier between the producers of worldwide prominent Premium Alcoholic Beverage Brands and the Markets of South Caucasus and CIS Region, declares the opening position for the Sales Operations Administrator in Supply Chain Department.

 

 

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • To keep high quality communication with International partners;
  • To plan and follow up sales related operations;
  • To monitor the whole cycle from receiving the purchase forecasts from the customers till delivering the shipment to the destination place;
  • Controlling inventory levels;
  • Sales orders agreement and reflection in the ERP system;
  • To prepare sales related documentation;
  • To prepare and present various reports;

 

 

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Higher education in Business Administration or Economics related field;
  • Preferable experience in the related field and databases;
  • Advanced MS Excel skills;
  • Knowledge of English or Russian at advanced level;
  • Experience in working with 1C, MS Dynamics NAV or another ERP system will be a plus;
  • High sense of responsibility and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work in a team;
  • Attentive to details and working in tight deadlines;
  • Strong analytics and problem-solving skills;
