We are actively seeking dedicated and enthusiastic telemarketing/ lead generation specialists to join our team.

Our client is one of the major global players in the international payments sector.

The role will include proactive prospecting by email and phone calls to potential customers to introduce our client's solutions.

The position will develop phone based lead generation by establishing ongoing rapport with potential customers using excellent telephone and communications skills. Reaching business targets through creation of sales leads, initiation of prospect calls, and following up on leads.

 

 

Responsibilities and duties: 

  • Promoting the organization, solutions and its products 
  • Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing and following up on leads
  • Converting the calls to new business leads
  • Dealing with clients in a professional manner at all times aligned to the company values by providing prompt and courteous customer service
  • Maintaining and expanding the company’s database of prospects by conducting research to find new leads
  • Organizing and keeping the lead status updated in the CRM software
  • Answering questions and offering suggestions based on a thorough knowledge of the product line
  • Staying educated on product solutions changes, innovations and trends.

 

 

Requirements: 

  • Excellent knowledge of English language (top level / C2 ) - written and spoken
  • Previous B2B telemarketing/lead generation experience
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Good verbal and written skills
  • Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills
  • Experience in customer relationship management
  • Customer focused
  • A positive approach to overcoming objections of prospective customers
  • Self-motivated and well organized
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Experience and good use of Salesforce
  • A good knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office and associated systems
