The Position

The company seeks to further expand with the addition of a Sales Executive who will hold the ability to further develop his/her career within the business. This is a permanent full-time position offering an excellent salary and benefits plus exceptional career prospects.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Warm calling pre-existing clients/users and developing new business opportunities
  • Scheduling appointments with Senior Sales Executive for high value products and services
  • Driving customer engagement and attendance of scheduled meetings
  • Explaining financial trading and financial concepts to individual traders
  • Manage incoming enquiries and support clients queries in a timely manner
  • Achieve/Exceed challenging sales targets in line with the business strategy
  • Each Consultant will be expected to meet specific daily and weekly KPIs, including but not limited to daily and weekly call rates, specific call qualities so as to fully support each client fully and sales specific KPI’s.
  • Maintaining a high volume of client contact via phone so as to deliver significant new business opportunities
  • Act as a brand ambassador in all client interactions

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years inside sales experience - consumer orientated necessary
  • “Can Do” / “Winner” attitude essential with a hunger and drive to overachieve and succeed
  • The role holder will be highly self-motivated and self-directed, and will also be energetic, enthusiastic, flexible and capable of operating as part of a team
  • Initiative and ability to work effectively without direct supervision required
  • Excellent communication and negotiating skills in perfect English required – both spoken and written
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Relevant degree/diploma/qualification from a business or finance related discipline a mild advantage
  • A demonstrable interest in finance/financial trading be it forex, equities, indices, commodities, bonds, ETF’s or combination of the same is a very distinct advantage


Salary / Remuneration:

  • Basic salary 1,500 gel gross per month plus 1,500+ Bonus per month and can increase
  • Total On Target Earnings 3,000+ gel per month dependant on performance
  • The bonus levels are easily exceeded for the right candidate, hence a much higher total pay is fully achievable and sustainable
  • Uncapped remuneration which does realistically go much higher for the right candidates
