Role Purpose

The Global Infrastructure Support Team is responsible for implementation and maintenance of corporate technology infrastructure, systems and applications, shared across worldwide

network of Organizations Subsidiaries. Providing advanced level subject matter expertise in delivery and support of global technology services, as well as regional and country specific IT projects and initiatives.

As a member of Global Infrastructure Support Team, the Global Office 365 Administrator will be responsible for advanced support of the global distributed Active Directory environment.

The Office 365 Administrator should provide implementation, configuration, support and consulting services for MS Active Directory (AD) related systems to global, regional and country

specific entities across the Organization to ensure configuration and maintenance for corporate users follows the determined rights and access permissions.

 

 

Accountabilities

  • Management of global Active Directory
  • Manage, create and monitor all aspects of active directory infrastructure, and privilege user access ensuring appropriate creation and removal of users for assigned domains and trusts including Domain promotion and demotion.
  • Create, troubleshoot and conduct maintenance of Global Group policy
  • Monitor and communicate concerns associated with the reliability and security of domains.
  • Create and automate active directory reports as requested.
  • Create automated scripts - (password reminders, replication health, etc.)
  • Plan and manage all migrations and upgrades related to the AD or the Domain Controls (DCs).
  • Provide assistance to Regional and Subsidiary IT departments as needed in resolution of AD related issues.

 

Job Requirements

 

Qualifications

  • Microsoft (MCTS, MCP, MCSA, MCSE) Certifications related to Active directory Implementation/administration are highly desirable.
  • Certifications in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) will be considered an advantage

 

Experience

  • Operational experience in administration of windows server 2008/2012/2016, Active directory;
  • Hands on experience and good knowledge of Powershell scripting;
  • Operational experience in management of cloud based directory services AWS AD, Azure AD, etc.

 

Knowledge and Skills

  • A proven ability to solve problems in a timely and professional manner;
  • In depth practical knowledge of operating system administration, LAN/WAN;
  • Able to produce high volume product with high quality standards;
  • Able to manage multiple requests at the same time and prioritize;
  • Highly entrepreneurial with a 'go to market' approach;
  • Exceptionally strong communication skills and exceptional customer service approach.

 

Language Skills

  • Fluency in Georgian and English required;
  • Fluency in Russian preferred.

 

Travel requirements

  • Availability to travel up to 10% of the time.
