Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to our guests from the very beginning through responding accurately to reservations queries and enquiries and going above and beyond in every interaction.
- Respond to all guests calls and emails in a timely manner.
- Maintain professional communication with all guests and efficiently handle requests that may arise on shift.
- Knowledge of Opera PMS is a must.
- Excellent knowledge English and Russian.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Passion to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication skills; including both verbal and written.
- Previous experience at a five star hotel in Front office or Reservations environment.
- Be available to a work a full time rotational roster, including weekends and public holidays..
- Ability to work in a fast paced team environment.
- Strong eye for detail to ensue all data is entered correctly
