No prior experience in hospitality industry is needed.

The company is announcing a vacancy for the position of Sales Manager

 

Core responsibilities:

  • In your everyday flow at EPISODE you will be responsible for:
  • Developing effective sales strategy
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with the key clients/partners
  • Monitoring sales activity and performance to ensure sales meet or exceed established profit plan
  • Identifying new business opportunities to achieve personal and hotel revenue goals
  • Gaining understanding of the hotel’s primary target customer and service expectations and acting accordingly
  • Developing relationships within community to strengthen and expand customer base for new sales opportunities
  • Collaboration with marketing team to come up with effective sales campaigns
