YOUR WORK-LIFE OPPORTUNITY:

In the context of the continuously growing sector of food delivery, the Food Innovation team inside Glovo has the mission to innovate around new food concepts and maximise value for our partners and customers. 

 

We are looking for a Food Innovation Account Manager to help us grow the number of virtual franchises within Georgia. 

 

You will be the point of contact of our Franchisees and CookRoom Partners to help them grow their business. 

 

BE A PART OF A TEAM WHERE YOU WILL:

  • Give you the trust and support to grow, develop, and make a difference while encouraging you to bring your unique perspective to the table
  • Collaborate together and learn from each other
  • Help us onboard new franchisees and partners in cookroom making sure everything is ready for launch day
  • Ensure franchisees and partners in cookroom have visibility on the evolution of their main KPI's and how that impacts their growth and profitability, so they are aligned on working towards improving them and exceeding our high standards
  • Verify that franchisees are aware of marketing campaigns so they can plan their shifts and purchases accordingly
  • Be ready to solve any kind of franchisee's problem that may arise
  • Build trust relationships with our franchisees and cookroom partners to ensure we get continuous feedback from them to keep improving the model

 

YOU HAVE:

  • An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
  • A passion to make a positive impact on the life of millions of people through technology
  • 1-2 years of experience in account management and/or Business Consultancy preferably in FMCG, digital platforms or on-demand delivery industry
  • Hands-on and autonomous
  • Proactive, organized and detail oriented
  • Problem solving, perfect written and spoken communication
  • High problem solving capacity
  • Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English is a must

  • Project management skills are a plus
  • Experience on using Salesforce and SQL
