JOB TITLE         :         Teambuilding business development and support manager

Reports to         :         General manager

 

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Carry day-to-day tasks
  • Managing, coordinating, setting goals/priorities for team-building activities
  • Research, review, optimize and develop team-building products of the company
  • Meeting, keeping communication with clients, gathering potential client data along with sales staff to maximize sales
  • Research existing technical manuals, gathering necessary material/staff data to implement, find suppliers and carry team-building activities
  • Managing and overlooking teambuilding activities and resources during preparation phase and on-site
  • Reviewing prepared offers to ensure profitability and quality
  • Managing Income and expenditure
  • Gathering client feedback / Debriefing
  • Research local team-building market, keeping in touch with Catalyst Global team for latest updates, new products, trainings, conferences, etc.
  • Providing feedback/support/training/debriefing to team-building staff about services and company team-building programs

 

Skills Required

  •  A minimum of 1 year’ experience in the web site development, computer gaming industry, tourism.
  •  Experience in planning, developing projects.
  •  A proven track record of delivering small- and large scale projects in a service environment
  •  Leadership skills
  •  Good written and verbal communication – English, Russian any additional language
  •  Mature and able to interact confidently with senior management
  •  Ability to make decisions and to prioritize tasks, and to remain calm under stress
  •  Problem solving skills
  •  Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
  •  Excellent inter-personal skills
  •  Experience with operating  budgets
  •  Responsible
  •  Excellent personal presentation
  •  Fluency in Russian and English, additional languages strongly desired
  •  Good knowledge of computerized systems including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation packages and databases, preferably Word, Excel, PowerPoint
