TITLE:  Intern in Corporate Finance (Deal Advisory) (6 months, paid internship)

OPEN TO/ ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:  All interested candidates

LOCATION:  Tbilisi, Georgia

JOB DESCRIPTION:  Work to perform includes but is not limited to:

• Taking part in different stages of tangible assets valuations (fixed assets) for various purposes
• Carrying out financial analysis of company's historic data, conducting industry research
• Preparing fixed assets valuation models and spreadsheets (Excel)
• Report writing and checking
• Dealing with management and personnel of a client and a target company (also during site visits)
• Preparation and supervision of presentation materials

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher education, (preferable in Finance)       
• Knowledge of corporate finance principles is a must
• Knowledge of valuation methodology and techniques is preferable: different approaches to valuation and methods within approaches
• Knowledge of financial accounting
• IT skills: advanced MS Excel, Word, Power Point user
• Strong analytical skills: numeracy, ability to structure large amounts of data, advanced research skills
• Excellent writing and presentation skills (English, Georgian and Russian)
• Fast learner, team player with strong communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines, attentiveness to details

The Internship is payable and lasts 6 months. Interns that receive favorable reviews on completion of their internship are offered full-time Consultant position in Advisory Department.
