The Activity will partner with stakeholders across the local governance ecosystem to deliver on Strategy objectives, including working directly with one-quarter to one-third of all Georgia local governments.
The chief of party, based in Tbilisi, is responsible for leading all aspects of contract performance, providing technical guidance to all activities under the contract, and representing Chemonics’ activities to outside audiences. Candidates should possess considerable successful experience in leading donor-funded local governance programs in the Europe and Eurasia region with particular expertise in decentralization reform. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for making a difference in the lives of people around the world.
