TBM Evolution, is currently recruiting for a Sponsorship Sales and Business Development executives to join the sponsorship team.

About the Position:

Researching and analyzing the market for potential of business development, applicable to acquire sponsors and partners providing solutions related to the angle of the Conference topics.

Negotiating the investment packages with the heads of involved departments and C-level executives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acts as a first level of contact for clients
• Is responsible for the rapid and efficient resolution of standard / routine requests
• Researching new markets and leads and follow up with existing contacts from major Forbes 500 companies.
• Negotiate with clients
• Business development on given products
• Analyze strategic target groups
• Actively research and develop your knowledge of industries you are working with

• Excellent proficiency in English language
• Success driven approach
• Strong negotiation skills
• Motivation, passion, determination and a can-do attitude
• Excellent academics: analytical skills, inquisitive nature, strong research skills
• Enthusiastic, willing to learn, with strong work ethic
• Someone who enjoys being part of a motivated and focused sales team
• Sales skills preferred but not essential
