Position Overview: 

We are looking for a stylish, competent online Client Support / Fashion Advisor to join our team. The advisor will be responsible for providing fashion advice and style recommendations to our clients. You will also be required to assess the client's personality and body type to recommend clothing and accessories that will boost the client's confidence.

Advisors at ORTTU are the voice of our brand and will use a range of communication methods to ensure that wherever possible, customer enquiries and complaints are resolved at the first point of contact.

The Advisor Team is the first point of contact and will use a range of communication methods to ensure that enquiries are dealt with efficiently. Advice and guidance is given from start to end throughout a world class Customer Service Experience.

We want all of our team members to be passionate about the brand they work for so we provide on-going training to develop product knowledge and confidence.

A successful Fashion Advisor should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and should be friendly, outgoing, and trustworthy. Ultimately, a top-notch Fashion Advisor should be a good multitasker and a great listener, have good time management skills and be highly organized. 

This position is both for the pre and post-purchase experience for our clients. Starting from client support, it is possible to reach various management or coordination positions.

We are active 24/7/365 (Holidays included). Late night and weekend shifts are paid more.

During a shift, the advisor has to answer questions, assign services, conclude sales and do basic problem solving when necessary.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Listening to the client's needs and understanding their individual personality;
  • Providing tailored advice on individual pieces, whole outfits, colors, styles and fabrics that will suit the client's preferences, style, body type and price range, as well as the occasion, they're dressing for;
  • Manage and organize all tickets and communication within our Customer Service software;
  • Process, track and manage all returns and exchanges;
  • Process, monitor and track pre orders and backorders to ensure timely processing;
  • Provide weekly reporting on return reasons to inform on potential damage and fit issues;
  • Keep order and customer profile data clean and up-to-date;
  • Selling merchandise and increasing sales for the company;
  • Work as a team player to drive toward the success of the web business as well as the overarching success of the brand;
  • Remaining up-to-date with current fashion trends and principles;
  • Interact with existing and new customers via live chat message interface;
  • Answer questions via E-Mail, Whatsapp, Applechat, Social Media accounts and telephone; 
  • NO cold calling involved;
  • Handle complaints and issues;
  • Cooperate with other teams to reach goals;
  • Daily reporting and summary of work done;
  • Group online-meetings every 1-3 weeks (usually on Fridays or Thursdays). We want to hear your voice, opinions and ideas.


 REQUIREMENTS:

  • Very Strong verbal and written communication skills in English;
  • Ability to work evening shifts to cover our Western Markets: 17:00 PM - 2:00 AM Tbilisi time;
  • Experience working with native English speakers is a plus;.
  • Stable and fast internet connection;
  • Quiet workplace for meetings and phone calls with clients;
  • A desire to learn and develop;
  • Effective communication and team spirit;
  • Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines;
  • Good work organization;
  • If you want to support more shifts and do more, it is totally up to you and very much appreciated. Work more, earn more;
  • Intensive training program provided by us. Written guides, videos, meetings with seniors who help you become better as time goes by.
