English-Speaking Service Manager

International company - Lime Consulting is pleased to announce an opening for the position of English-Speaking Service Manager.

Main Functions and Duties:

• Provide consumer product advice;
• Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationship;
• Offering and providing company’s service to existing customers;
• Providing information to other departments as needed.

Qualification experience and skills:

• Ability to speak and write in English;
• Good verbal communication skills in English;
• Ability to negotiate;
• Work experience is not required, but welcome;
• Knowledge of Russian language is a plus.
