Chief Operations Officer

One of the international companies, which operates in the digital industry is looking for a candidate for the position of Chief Operations Officer.

Job Description:

• Oversee daily operations of the company;
• Design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures;
• Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth;
• Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication;
• Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics;
• Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance;

Requirements:

• 2+ years senior management experience
• From digital business background is desired
• Must have sold to global market online (E-commerce / subscription / saas / betting)
• An energetic, forward-thinking, and creative individual
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Solid understanding of staff management
