Project Manager

SMART business specializes in the implementation, localization and development of ERP and CRM systems based on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, the development of solutions using data analysis and artificial intelligence technologies. To solve business problems, cloud products are used: Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Office 365, Yammer, teams, project, stream, SharePoint.

For 11 years we have been providing digital transformation support to customers in more than 60 countries, creating innovative solutions for businesses of a variety of forms of ownership, scale and industry.

We have offices in Ukraine, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Netherlands and Poland and are constantly growing; therefore, our Georgian office is in search of a Project Manager who will become a part of our team.

Key requirements:

• 1-3 years of Project management experience.
• Education - completed higher technical, economic or in the field of project management.
• Responsibility, sociability, initiative, high quality of performance, ability to quickly master new areas of knowledge.
• Result-oriented.
• Team player.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented, stress resistance.
• English at least Upper-Intermediate (Knowledge of Russian will be an advantage)
• Experience of contractual work and work with documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a unified reporting system and the Company's project database.
• Monitoring the implementation of tasks and plans, in compliance with contractual terms.
• Controlling execution, identifying problems and escalating issues.
• Monitoring and enforcing the standards of project management in compliance with contractual terms.
• Minutes of meetings and workshops, coordination of the schedule of meetings.
• Conducting audits of project activities (study of project documentation, preparation of a report on the audit, re-audits).
• Reporting on performed work.
