Software Quality Assurance Intern

Reports To: Head Of Software Quality Assurance Unit

Internship Duration: 6 months

Working Ours: up to 40 hours a week

Software Quality Assurance Intern in the duration of the program will learn main duties and responsibilities of Software Quality Assurance. Such as testing the applications and systems before implementing and launching the new product or updates in the digital systems. Provide tests on the changes and all requested updates.

We Are Looking For young professionals: 

• Interested in Computer science, Information Systems, Testing.

Education and Skills required:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Financial Sector or related field is a plus;
• Priority will be given to candidates who have knowledge/understanding of:
  • modern programming languages (Java, JavaScript, C #, Python or others),
  • databases (Microsoft SQL Server) ,
  • web technologies and services.
• PC literacy; Knowledge of Banking Operational Systems is preferable;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills;
• Interpersonal & Teamwork skills;
• Multitasker who pays attention to details;
• Good knowledge of English.

What You Will Learn:

• Provide quality assurance of the products before launching updates;
• Create test-cases in consultancies with BA;
• Is Second-line support for the end-users;
• Communicate with Helpdesk / application support to find product bugs;
• Provide documentation as requested by approved standards;
• Ensure mandatory and ad-hoc reporting with high accuracy;
• Participated in training delivery of the system/products for users;
• Perform other duties as assigned.
