Customer Support Manager

International company - Lime Consulting is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Customer Support Manager.

Main Functions and Duties:

• Working on income correspondence (online chat, email);
• Provide consumer product advice;
• Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationship;
• Providing information to other departments as needed;

Qualification experience and skills:

• Ability to speak and write in English;
• Effective Writing Communication skills in English;
• Ability to negotiate;
• Work experience is not required, but welcome;
• Knowledge of Russian language is a plus;
