Accountant

Tbilisi Hills Golf & Residence is a flagship project, which is carried out with Estonian investment in Georgia. The project includes developing a high-end residential and recreational area in Village Teleti, Gardabani (15 minutes drive from the Freedom Square, Tbilisi). The area already features an 18-hole golf course suitable for hosting international tournaments. The total value of the project is estimated to be EUR 3 000 000 000.

Position: Accountant

Duties and responsibilities:

• Make entries in accounting database
• Preparing bank payments orders according to company internal procedures
• Salary calculation and booking
• Working on RS.ge, check and reconcile received documents, issue invoices etc.
• Tax declarations
• Participation in audit processes, including preparation of requested documents
• Other ad-hock tasks to assist Chief Accountant, CFO and unit heads

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related subject
• At least 2 years of experience in accounting
• Good understanding of accounting principles and records
• Knowledge of Georgian tax code
• Able to draft Financial Statements
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel
• Written and spoken Georgian
• English on the level necessary to support professional duties and communication
• Well-organized with attention to detail
• Strong sense of responsibility

It would be an extra asset if you are also good in:

• Work experience in HoReCa industry accounting
• ERP systems and MS Dynamics NAV in particular
• Familiar with Info Accounting software
• Russian language
