Communication Specialist (m/f) – in Tbilisi

We are looking for a Georgian and English Speaking Communication Specialist at Branding & Communication Department in Tbilisi.

We are looking for a creative, out of the box thinker, who will closely work with the local Branding and Communication team to position Majorel as top employer on the Georgian market by creating different external and internal campaigns to meet local recruiting KPIs.

On this position, you will take on the below mentioned responsibilities:


Responsibilities

  • Bring our culture, work environment and team spirit to life with creative copy
  • Manage content calendar and ensure timely publication across all platforms
  • Manage several content production projects simultaneously
  • Help the Branding and Communication team to identify and define content goals and strategies
  • Create content for a variety of platforms including blog and social media channels
  • Listen to and monitor all social media platforms daily, and post/respond to comments and messages to facilitate conversations
  • Update existing content on web site to ensure accuracy, relevancy, mobile-friendliness and UX
  • Support the Branding and Communication team with the implementation of a new communication channel (Tik Tok)
  • Partner with Feel Good Ambassadors and the Graphic Designer to create a viral, organic video materials
  • Act as a back-up POC for Feel Good Ambassadors and support them in organizing different initiatives
  • Closely work with the Graphic Designer and Branding and Communication Manager for different campaigns creation
  • Support the Graphic Designer during shootings
  • Support the Graphic Designer in creating different creative materials for internal communication channels (newsletters, posters, accessories)
  • Fulfil other tasks deriving directly from his/her position

 

Requirements

  • Personal characteristics: friendliness, alertness, loyalty, creativity, diligence, out of the box thinker, ability to work under pressure
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Marketing, PR or any related field study
  • Excellent verbal and written language skills in Georgian
  • Good command of English (at least B2 level)
  • Knowledge of German would be considered as a plus
  • At least 2 years work experience as a copywriter or social media specialist in a creative agency or as a freelancer
  • Proven experience of managing social media pages
  • Passionate about social media and new emerging trends
  • Good presentation skills – PowerPoint
