French Speaking Quality Control Specialist

Our branch that is located in Tbilisi, Georgia is looking for French Speaking Quality Control Specialist.

Working hours: mon-fri 09:00-18:00 10:00-19:00

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze the calls
• Make daily reports according the company’s regulations
• Keeping a record of mistakes and checking procedures

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of French and English languages (listening and writing skills)
• Basic knowledge of MC Office and Excel
• Strong organizing and task management skills
• Experience in customer service will be an advantage
