Requirements:

• Experience as a Conversion / Retention Sales Agent is a MUST
• High level of English is mandatory! (Additional language is an advantage)
• Feeling comfortable engaging with people at different levels, over the phone;
• Excellent listening skills;
• Highest level skills of negotiation
• Result Oriented, Confident and Persuasive
• Super Active and Disciplined
• Team Player
• Money Oriented.
