Our branch that is located in Kutaisi, Georgia is looking for HR Administrator
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Forming and maintaining employee records
- Preparing necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides
- Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant information, i.e. holiday and sick days taken
- Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related issues
- Good knowledge of English (oral and written)
- Excellent understanding of MC Office programs, especially Excel
- Understanding of Labour law
- Organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- Experience as an HR administrator or HR administrator’s assistant will be a big advantage
- at least 6 months work experience in a similar position.
