Broker relationship Manager

York Towers is a leading international real estate developer. It has multiple investments in Europe & Middle East and still expanding, York Towers’ projects cover all real estate Activities. We were established in 2016 and the main goal was to be the leading real estate developer and consultant in Europe and beyond providing urban living communities.

 

Requirements:

  • Native Russian and fluent English is  must.
  • High education in business, marketing or related field.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, Project management in real estate field.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Excellent Communication and negotiation skills.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills
  • Customer and results focused
  • Strategic thinker

 

Duties:

  • Have a strong understanding of company products, the target markets, competition in the market and positioning, the target markets, Understand including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients;
  • Provide proactive relationship management to the company’s partner real estate brokers who introduce leads from the Russian market;
  • Understand key business drivers in order to exceed and accelerate revenue growth and product penetration;
  • Actively business develop and attract new real estate brokers and partners to the company via prospecting, networking and leveraging referrals from existing partners, as well as internal and external networks;
  • Formulate, propose, gain agreement to implement annual plans to deliver on targets;
  • Act as the single point of contact for broker partners, coordinating and orchestrating internal and external resources as necessary;
  • Communicate specific local competitive and aggressive sales / income marketing campaigns and initiatives with the partner brokers, geared by the marketing team;
  • Ensure the brokers are informed about any changes or news within the company’s real estate offerings in a timely manner. Ensure the partner brokers act in accordance with the company policies;
  • Develop solutions and find answers for their brokers by understanding their unique needs and providing expertise on how they can grow their sales;
  • Provide data through reporting systems and Produce reports;
  • Use analytics to identify demand trends;
  • Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on corporate competitors.
