We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to contribute to the achievement of sales targets by combining a role of Sales Coordinator and Sales Representative. The Sales Coordinator's responsibilities include supporting sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, coordinating with other departments, motivating staff, handling administrative duties, and finishing off deal with a potential customer.

To be a successful Sales Coordinator, you should have excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills. You should also possess strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
 

Responsibilities

  • Make the company's products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible.
  • Contact generated leads and potential customers on social media, emails and phones in order to familiarize with product and make an offer.
  • Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and phone calls of potential customers.
  • Finish the deal before handing off to “Admissions Department”
  • Maintain organized sales records and report to the senior management team.
  • Collaborate with other departments in creation and monitoring of marketing and sales material, presentations and strategy are adequate for generating leads.
  • Responding to complaints from customers
  • Develop storing system of financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
  • Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements

 

Minimum Requirements

  • Experience in sales or experience as a sales coordinator for 3 Years.
  • Proficiency in English & Russian.
  • Computer skills (MS Office, MS Excel)

 

 

Skills

  • Have a strong work ethic and are eager to learn and make new sales with customers, including add-on services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in Education Business will be advantage.
  • Be strongly skilled in organization, problem-solving, customer service, and multitasking
  • Must be able to assist in all sales and marketing campaigns as needed, particularly through presentations and site inspections
  • Ability to collaborate with families and community members of diverse cultural and educational backgrounds.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem solving skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Education, Education Administration or related field
  • Education administration experience.
  • Knowledge of French.
  • Counseling background
  • College counseling experience
  • Classroom teaching experience
  • Knowledge of CRM

 

Working days: Monday - Friday (Weekend off).
Working hours: 10 AM – 6 PM

 

Most of your work will be done from your home but there will be mandatory meetings at different locations.

 

 

Salary Training Period (1 Month) - 600 Gel + Bonuses
Regular Salary – 1000 Gel + Bonuses

Bonus per Student Sold:

Global Secondary Education (Online Product) – 5% ($50-$150)

Academic Term in Switzerland - 5% ($350+)

Academic Year in Switzerland - 5% ($500+)
