Personal Skills and Job requirements;
- Working experience on the same positon is required;
- Fluent Georgian and English is must, any additional languages considered as a plus;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications;
- Ability of hard working;
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks;
- Excellent communication skills;

- Assist the CEO with daily administrative duties and complete a broad variety of administrative tasks;
- Manage the CEOs schedule: update calendars and schedule meetings;
- Attend meetings and translate if necessary;
- Receive, sort and distribute daily tasks;
- Perform word processing, photocopying, data entry, and other administrative duties as assigned;
- Coordinate communications, including taking calls, responding to e-mails etc.
- Handling of confidential and important material;
- Other duties as related to the position of Assistant to the CEO.
