English Book Education is announcing vacancy on the position of  Sales Officer

 

You are responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

 

Sales officer responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone, we’d like to meet you. 

Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Visit continuously customers and potential customers as agreed with the Head of Sales
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
  • Take orders from customers

 

Staffing:

  • Staff development
  • To undertake staff development where appropriate – arranged by your line manager training sessions internally or externally for all levels. 

 

Quality Assurance:

  • To ensure the effective operation and of high quality.
  • To contribute to the process of the setting of targets within the department and to work towards their achievements.
  • To assist to the self-assessment process including the writing of a self-assessment report.

 

Communications:

  • To ensure familiarity with the department’s aims and objectives

 

Internal Product or Service Marketing:

  • Promote product launches and attend Product Training sessions

 

Other:

  • To fully support aims and objectives of English Book Education
  • To attend meetings as appropriate and as assigned. Arrive early on every meeting.
  • To undertake any other duties set by Head of Sale.  
  • English Book Education is committed to safeguarding and promoting the social commitment internally and externally. You as a Sales Team member is obliged to share and teach your staff and related people knowledge you have.
  • BS/MS degree in business administration, Linguistics or related fields
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
